HC Energy Mobility exists to accelerate Rwanda's transition to clean transportation by building, owning, and operating the nation's most extensive electric vehicle charging infrastructure making clean energy accessible, reliable, and convenient for every Rwandan driver, in every province, every day.
Our Mission
To make electric vehicle ownership practical and affordable for every Rwandan by building the nation's first nationwide DC fast-charge network placing 26 charging stations across all 5 provinces, at trusted Source Oil Company forecourts, so that no Rwandan is more than a short drive from a fast charger.
Our Vision
A Rwanda where every motorist drives electric, where the energy powering transport is generated locally, priced fairly, and keeps foreign exchange inside Rwanda. We envision HC Energy Mobility as East Africa's model for privately-led EV infrastructure — replicable, scalable, and profitable.
